The hotel location is great, nestled down the slope close to the lake. the local brewery is just a short walk away, providing a taste of the area. the room is roomy, with a nice view of the garden. the breakfast selection is good, with a coffee station set up and a small selection of juices.

Location, location, location! This hotel is perfect for a Christmas getaway, located right by the stunning Lake Kivu. The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with a wide selection of delicious local foods, and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus.
Some of the hotel facilities were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The pool area was a bit cramped and could benefit from more sun loungers.
